IQAC Director elected WUNI-E Chair
Professor Jude William R. Genilo, PhD with the other members of WURI, Seoul, Korea
Professor Dr. Jude William R. Genilo was elected as the chair of the WUNI-E, otherwise known as the World University Network of Innovation for Experts for 2024-2025.
The mission of WUNI-E is to commit to fostering a global network of university experts dedicated to creating meaningful changes in higher education through ethical leadership, international collaboration, and innovation. The aims of WUNI-E are as follows: To establish a collaborative platform for higher education experts to exchange innovation strategies, to drive tangible institutional advancements and global impact; To learn and share best practices in innovation occurring in institutions of higher learning worldwide; To promote innovative global approaches to improve institutions of higher learning, with a focus on assisting The WURI Foundation and other nontraditional metrics for ranking systems that create real impact on society and industry; To promote innovation through measurable outcomes that address global educational challenges, focusing on sustainable development, ethical governance, and inclusive practices.
As a chairperson he thanked all for voting and elected him and he promises to endeavor to do his duty. The headquarters of WURI-E is in Finland Tower, F7, Daehyun-dong, Sudaemun-gu, Seoul, Korea.
