Training Needs Analysis for Non Academic Staff Completed
In June 2025, the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) conducted a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to support the professional growth of its nonacademic staff.
The initiative was facilitated by Parveen S. Huda, Managing Director of Consulting and Research Gateway (CnRG), who served as the lead consultant. The TNA aimed to systematically identify skill gaps, assess current competencies, and prioritize training areas to ensure that staff development aligns with ULAB’s institutional goals.
By proactively conducting this analysis, CETL seeks to optimize training investments, reduce inefficiencies, and deliver focused, high-impact capacity-building programs. The insights gathered from the TNA will inform the design of future professional development initiatives, contributing to enhanced staff performance, organizational effectiveness, and a more resilient institutional culture.
