ULAB trains its support staff on 12 to 13 May 2026.

The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) organized a capacity-building training programme for its support staff and cleaning personnel on 12 and 13 May 2026, as part of its ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and quality service delivery. The initiative was arranged by the General Administration Department to enhance workplace professionalism, operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with institutional standards.

The training sessions covered a range of topics, including professional dress code, attendance and punctuality, workplace etiquette, service standards for students and guests, duties and responsibilities, and the impact of workplace rumors on productivity and organizational culture. Participants also received feedback on operational observations and improvement areas, encouraging greater awareness, accountability, and performance enhancement.

The programme reflects ULAB’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and service excellence across all levels of the institution. By investing in the development of support staff, the university seeks to strengthen the quality of services provided to students, faculty members, staff, and visitors.

To ensure sustained quality and compliance, the Administration Department plans to organize similar training programmes every semester. Comprehensive training documentation and attendance records will also be maintained to support ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance efforts.
