Self Assessment Report Writing Workshop Conducted

The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh conducted a training workshop on "Self Assessment Report Writing" on March 9 (first session), 16 (second session) and 23 (third session). The Self Assessment Committee (SAC) members of five program offering entities, HoD and coordinators attended the workshop. Professor Jude William Genilo, Director of IQAC and Wazir AF Ahmad acted as resource persons. Session one covered a general orientation on IQAC, quality assurance in higher education, pricing and quality in higher education and measuring higher education quality in Bangladesh. Session two covered on accreditation in higher education, University Grants Commission (UGC) accreditation process, program self- assessment report, program improvement plan and program accreditation. Session three was about planning for self-assessment, which included constructing a timeline and budget.  The SACs will now proceed with finalizing their plans and building teams in their respective departments.
