The conventional model of delivering education in classroom using textbooks, blackboard, lectures, etc. has dominated the teaching and learning space for centuries. Although there are strong reasons for the model to be prevalent across the world, there are some limitations as well. With the many changes in the world in last two decades and the rise of disruptive technology, new models of education delivery are being explored to meet the requirements of changed realities. This is leading to emergence of multiple models of imparting education. One such model that is rapidly evolving, particularly as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, is the Hybrid model. Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) South Asia organized a workshop on Hybrid Learning: The Future of Education on 17 September 2021. There were three panelists who spoke in the workshop. They were Ms. Baela Raza Jamil, CEO Idara-Talcom-O-Agahi, Pakistan; Mr. Parit Wachanasindu, CEO, Stardee, Thailand; and Dr. Parth J. Shah, Founder President-Center for Civil Society. The session was moderated by Mr. Roshan Gandhi, CEO City Montessori School, India. Dr. Jude William Genilo, Director of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh attended the workshop.
