UGC Sets Deadline for OBE Curriculum, Requires Regular Curriculum Updates

The University Grants Commission (UGC) directed in a memo dated 6 April 2022 that all universities update their curriculum after every four years. If a curriculum has not been updated recently, it needs to be updated immediately and sent for approval. All curricula must be formatted according to outcome-based curriculum template. The deadline for submission of the new curricula in OBE format is on 30 June 2022. Failure to comply may disqualify the said program from taking in new students.
