The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) and the MBA programme hosted a session titled "Strategies for Student Agency and Autonomy in a Dialogic Classroom" on 11 August 2022. The session was led by leadership expert and mentor Bidita Sadiq. The post-pandemic context was utilized in the workshop in order to value the students' acquired knowledge and abilities during that time. To encourage students to become lifelong learners, Bidita focused her talk on the importance of such experience and learning, arguing that it should be combined with post-pandemic off-campus learning. This workshop was designed to help students find their voices, affirm their value, and find their position in the world of learning, both now and in the future.
