BAETE Holds International Symposium on Quality Assurance

The Board of Accreditation for Engineering and Technical Education (BAETE) organized an International Symposium on Quality Assurance in Engineering Education on 11 to 12 May 2023 at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka with the theme “Education imparts competencies for sustainable development”.   

The symposium focused how engineering education curriculum embraces the challenges of Sustainable Development Goals, how to better address quality assurance issues and how to fill up the gaps. Professor Dr. Jude William Genilo, Pro Vice Chancellor and Director of IQAC; Professor Dr. M. Mofazzal Hossain, Dean of Engineering Schools; Professor Dr. Muhammad Golam Kibria, Head of Computer Science and Engineering; Dr. Nafees Manzoor, Associate Professor of CSE; and Dr. Abul Barkat Mollah Sayeed Ud Doulah, Assistant Professor of EEE, attended the symposium.
