Workshop on Governance Held

The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized a workshop on University Governance on 10 August 2023 at the PD: 109. All new ULAB faculty members and administrative staff attended the workshop. The event started with a welcome speech by Pro Vice Chancellor and IQAC Director Prof. Dr. Jude William Genilo.  He likewise discussed the principles of governance which consisted of the following: background of the university; colors of ULAB disciplines; vision, mission and goal statements; values of the university; and guiding principles. IQAC Additional Director, Assistant Professor Wazir AF Ahmed facilitated the second session, which was on the organs of governance.  The second session covered the following: government mandated committees; committees relating to human resource; officers of the university; and organogram of the university.
