Visit to Prof. Dr. Sazzad Hossain – UGC

A delegation from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), led by Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. Jude William Genilo, paid a courtesy visit to the office of Prof Dr. Sazzad Hossain, esteemed member, University Grants Commissions of Bangladesh (UGC) . The ULAB team consisted of Prof Dr. Mofazzal Hossain, Dean School of Science and Engineering and Head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) ; Prof Dr. Sarwar Uddin Ahmed, Dean, School of Business; Prof Dr. Golam Kibria, acting Head of Computer Science and Engineering  (CSE) ; Ms. Arifa Ghani Rahman, Head of Department of English and Humanities (DEH)  and Dr. Muhammad Faisol Chowdhury, Director of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)  Prof. Hossain engaged in a productive discussion with the delegation regarding enhancement of higher education quality, research collaboration, and available grants from UGC and government agencies. Prof. Hossain also emphasized on emerging fields of study like Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital security, robotics, block chain management, entrepreneurship, and data analytics.
