Online Seminar on Future Trajectory of Educational Assessment on 14 December 2023

The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) recently organized an insightful webinar entitled "The Future Trajectory of Educational Assessment in the Age of Artificial Intelligence." Conducted on Thursday, 14 December 2023, through an online platform, the session brought together ULAB teachers to delve into the evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in educational assessment.

Guided by Mehdi Rajeb, a distinguished doctoral candidate from the University of Alabama, the webinar delved into critical issues such as bias, fairness, and ethical considerations in algorithmic decision-making. Rajeb's extensive research background provided valuable insights into the complexities of developing generative AI models.
