Workshop on Governance Held

The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the University of Liberal Bangladesh (ULAB) organized a workshop on Governance on 15 November 2018 at the Seminar Room, Campus-B. All new ULAB faculty members attended the workshop. The workshop started with a welcome speech by the IQAC Director, Dr. Jude William Genilo; followed by a session on Principles of Governance which covered the following: background of the university; colors of ULAB disciplines; vision, mission and goal statement; values of the university; and guiding principles. The second session was on the Organs of Governance; which covered the following: government mandated committees; committees relating to human resource; officers of the university; and organogram of the university. The workshop was facilitated by Director of IQAC along with Dr. Shahriar Rahman, SAC Chair of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
