Governance Manual Workshop Held

The Governance Working Committee held a workshop on organogram design on 20 July 2017 at IQAC Conference Room. The objective of this workshop was to set the parameters vis-à-vis constructing organizational structure. The workshop started with a discussion of the findings from Institutional Quality Assurance Survey. It was followed by review of materials such as Private University Act, organogram from other universities, past organogram of ULAB, and ULAB academic and non-academic units organograms. The following parameters agreed upon included the scope of work, guiding principles and review process. To proceed, a schedule has been devised, which includes consultation with senior faculty and key administrators.
